Leek tart tatin

Les Polines offers you a revisit of the famous tarte tatin in a savory version incorporating leeks!
A beautiful, tasty and quick to prepare pie.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 6 leeks
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey
- Thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- In your tart pan pour a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Spread the mixture using a kitchen brush.
- Cut the leeks into sections (without the branches)
- Spread them over the entire surface of the tart pan.
- Sprinkle everything with thyme then drizzle with one to two tablespoons of honey.
- Then place your puff pastry on top to cover the entire top of the dish.
- Prick the dough in several places with a fork.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- All you have to do is let it cool for a few minutes and enjoy.
Add a little salt to taste and accompany the tart with a generous spoonful of onion & curry vegetable jam .
