100% Homemade Burger

A fan of sweet and sour cuisine? Don't forget to add our curry onion jam to your (vegetable) meat preparations!
Ingredients for 4 burgers
- 500 g of flour
- 100 ml of milk
- 150 ml of water
- 1 egg
- 1 C. teaspoon of salt
- 3 tbsp. teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon dehydrated baker's yeast
- 30g butter
- Sesame or poppy seeds
- Curry onion jam and toppings of your choice
Preparation :
- Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar by hand or in a food processor, then gradually add the lukewarm water and milk then the egg.
- Beat for a few minutes to obtain a homogeneous ball of dough then add the softened butter and continue to knead for 2 minutes
- Let the dough ball rise for 1 hour at room temperature
- Flour the work surface and the top of the dough and flatten it with your hands to obtain a thickness of 1 and a half cm
- Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough rounds
- Let the buns rise again for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature
- Put in the oven at 200° with a bowl of water for 20 minutes
- Let cool before garnishing
