Ingredients for 2 toasts:

  • 1 lawyer
  • 2 slices of bread (wholemeal or sourdough)
  • 2 eggs
  • Jam pepper mustard seeds
  • Salt (flower of salt)
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil


Recipe :

  • Cook the eggs in boiling water for 5mins30 and run directly under cold water to stop the cooking.
  • Peel and mash the avocado. add salt and pepper
  • Cook the slices of bread in a pan with a little oil until they are nicely browned
  • Place the slices on a plate. Spread the pepper jam, avocado and add the egg.
  • Sprinkle with fleur de sel and enjoy!
