Avocado toast Poline style

Ingredients for 2 toasts:
- 1 lawyer
- 2 slices of bread (wholemeal or sourdough)
- 2 eggs
- Jam pepper mustard seeds
- Salt (flower of salt)
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Recipe :
- Cook the eggs in boiling water for 5mins30 and run directly under cold water to stop the cooking.
- Peel and mash the avocado. add salt and pepper
- Cook the slices of bread in a pan with a little oil until they are nicely browned
- Place the slices on a plate. Spread the pepper jam, avocado and add the egg.
- Sprinkle with fleur de sel and enjoy!
